水溶性有机小分子荧光探针在金属离子检测方面的研究进展与展望Research progress and prospects of water-soluble organic small molecule fluorescent probes technology in the detection of metal ions

摘要(Abstract):
神经退行性疾病、癌症和心血管疾病等多种疾病与金属离子的异常水平息息相关,金属离子的生物富集大部分是由水污染引起的,因此,设计与制备具有高度水溶性金属离子检测荧光探针具有重要的意义.同时,相较于传统的分析方法,荧光探针具有灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简单等优点,已成为金属离子检测领域的研究热点之一.其中,水溶性荧光探针因具有良好的水溶性,可以广泛用于生物和环境系统中微量金属离子的检测,越来越受到研究者的关注.文中归纳了近几年水溶性荧光探针分子的设计、合成,机制和其在金属离子检测方面的应用及未来展望.
